The Elimination Diet

I'm 3 days into the elimination diet. Only 20 more days to go - not that I'm counting or anything. 

This is basically the diet: 
It's very strict. I mostly eat rice and rice chex with rice milk. Rice, rice, and more rice. And a little chicken and fruit. 

Why the elimination diet? Mostly because I'm out of other options. What does an elimination diet do? 


Hopefully it'll help get my immune system back in check. Or at least help with some of my reactions and flare-ups. And then maybe one day my grocery cart won't look like this:
